They wanted their website to show that they have a broad range of financial services that meet with the broad community. The design and colour scheme was chosen to show openness and strength. Images showed a broad range of ages and ethnicities. A higher level of security was setup along with an SSL certificate to give people confidence with their services although non confidential information is sent between the client and the website.
